BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd (formerly B. Seenaiah & Co Projects Ltd.) is a Hyderabad-based conglomerate with interests in roads, airports, bridges, building construction, real estate projects, irrigation projects, and railway freight corridor works.
The year was 1972, and the work at hand was a prestigious project that would cost more than Rs.150 million at today's prices for the Indian National Highways. The specifications were followed precisely, and the challenge was successfully completed.
This was the humble beginning of B. Seenaiah & Co., founded by Mr. B. Kirshinaiah as a young engineer with vision and zeal taking up the construction of quality roads as a mission; he succeeded in creating and nurturing a dedicated and motivated organization consisting of high caliber technical, finance, and management experts.
Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, the company expanded from strength to strength, leaving a quality stamp on works completed by them, including ADB and WB-aided major road projects in the country. The Firm was converted into a closely held Public Limited Company in 1998.
Over the years, BSCPL has completed over 400 km of 4-laning / 6-laning projects for NHAI as part of the NHDP as a single company / in Joint Ventures. The renowned projects include the 6-laning of the NH-8 Jaipur-Kishangarh segment, the most successful BOT Project to date, which was completed six months ahead of schedule as an EPC contractor and SPV stakeholder. The company has also completed the single longest concrete pavement road building package in the state of West Bengal, measuring 62 kilometers, and forms part of the Golden Quadrilateral.
BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 accredited infrastructure development business that has pioneered the implementation of road projects, irrigation projects, real estate projects, and hydropower plants. BSCPL has completed various renowned projects in India and overseas, including Afghanistan and Bangladesh, under difficult conditions. In Afghanistan, the company has successfully completed six projects spanning around 472 kilometers, working under the most severe and demanding conditions.
